ShubhReel makes short personalised festive greeting videos for businesses. By ordering you agree to these terms.
For ₹999 (inclusive of taxes) you receive 3 greeting videos of 10-15 seconds, each in vertical and square format, featuring the shop name, logo, colours and offer line you provide. We deliver by email (or WhatsApp on request) within 24 hours of receiving your complete details. Orders placed after Thursday 5 November 2026 are not guaranteed before Diwali.
You confirm you own or are authorised to use the name, logo and any text you give us, and that your offer line is accurate. We use your logo as supplied and do not alter it. We may decline any content that is misleading, offensive or infringes someone else's rights, with a full refund.
Once paid, you may use the videos for your business on any channel, without time limit. Videos contain no third-party music. We may show a video in our own portfolio only with your written permission.
Payments are processed by Razorpay under our billing entity Upsurge Labs LLP, so your receipt or statement may show that name. We never see or store your card or UPI details.
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
